I recently had the chance to see Broderick Walker, a delivery driver for Gateway Tires in Dothan, AL, in action, and I was genuinely impressed by how polite and helpful he was. From the moment he showed up, Broderick greeted everyone with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He took the time to answer questions from other customers and offered great advice about the tires, all while maintaining a relaxed and patient attitude. What really stood out was how he carefully unloaded the tires, making sure they were placed just where we needed them. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers really made a difference. Overall, Broderick just embodies great customer service. It’s clear that he enjoys his job, and Gateway Tires is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Keep up the great work with hiring quality employees!!! E. Reese

I have read previous reviews about this facility and all of them good, but in reality... Suck! My appointment time is supposed to be at 7 am this friday. I drove straight from Dallas the whole night and showed up on time, and guess what!? They switched my appointment with another driver that suppose to get unloaded on Monday, but he showed up earlier. He literally had an appointment at 7am. on Monday. Now I have to wait till Monday. I drove the whole night to get here and didn't receive any calls from them about changes. Firstly, I thought it was broker fault, but the broker sent me proof that it was this receiver fault. I dont know what is that, but my guess is they just don't give a damn... Poor management!!! What clowns!!! They think that they can do whatever they want to truckers now! Im very disappointed about this company! Unprofessional !!! . If you deliver here, call them ahead and make sure that they didn't play on you. Otherwise, you will be surprised! . I'm not having business with them anymore! It's definitely not worth it! Hope KARMA WILL HIT THEM BAD!

Unloaded here. Got me in earlier than my appointment time. Big lot was able to park over night. It was a weekend so I wasn’t really able to ask permission but no one gave me any static about it. I just went down to the end of the lot and tried to be out of the way for the crew that’s be coming in on Monday morning. Everyone was very nice and they let me use their restrooms as well.

Easy to find and get to as long as you are coming from the East. They have lots of dock doors but receiving is at the West end of the building, it's the man door next to the last dock. They took about and hour to unload sixty tires in stacks of five or six with a clamp. The guy also wanted me to sign the bills even though they were already signed by us which was odd. Did not see any facilities. Over all the place wasn't bad.
